Bhumika Grover

The fashion journey for Bhumika Grover started in 2009 with a studio in cozy lanes of shahpur Jat at Delhi. Coming from a family where her mom was teaching design and was a textile designer herself the design gene was always strong in her DNA. Her foray into fashion started as an experiment but soon became her passion. Bhumika’s designs signify unique colour palettes, delicate collections, coordinated custom accessories. Bhumika Grover’s flagship store at The Dhan Mill is all things ‘Contemporary Royal’ – complete with circular drapes and sink in sofas and gold leaf canopies. You get a quick once-over of the store as you enter and stand on a raised platform.

For the rest of the store you navigate through curved panels and a canopied lounge seating area. The juxtaposition of materials is what gives the store a unique edge. Persian carpets on a cement floor; gold leaf on rusted metal; rich brocades against brick walls. [/read]
